You don't need extra padding! Busty Katy Perry spoils outfit by stuffing tissue down her dress as she hits Hollywood hotspots with Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson

As celebrity nights out go, it was A+ list... as Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and Robert Pattinson were all partying it up on the Sunset Strip last night.
The gang of superstars hit up Bootsy Bellows, David Arquette's new bar named after his mother's burlesque moniker, and the infamous Chateau Marmont in Bieber's 200,000 custom Mercedes Benz mini van.
But Perry, who had thrown the premiere of premieres for her new film, Part of Me, earlier in the evening was perhaps feeling under the weather as the revelry came to an end.

It's also being claimed that Pattinson was shut out of the party bus as the stars made to leave the Chateau, according to TMZ.
The 27-year-old could have offered him her hanky if he was feeling emotional about it, as she was sporting the mysterious item all night.
Of course, SHE could also have been feeling emotional.
The premiere was a big deal, and saw hordes of fans cover Hollywood Boulevard in a bid to see their idol.
It was bound to be moving for the purple-haired starlet, who rocked one of her best looks yet in a stunning red velvet dress.
She was also accompanied by her beloved grandmother, Mary Perry Hudson.
